Service Disruption

We had received customer reports on certain functions no longer working (punchout in particular), that we quickly linked to a underlying database issue.

The database itself was running fine, but an intermediate was unable to handle requests, causing any writing operation in the service to fail.

We recovered the intermediate and the services are now fully operational again.
